Privacy

AccuGo collects the minimum data needed to make the app useful. This page breaks down what's stored where, who can see it, and how to remove it.

What's stored on your device

What's sent to the server

Only if you're signed in:

If you're not signed in, none of this leaves the device.

What's visible to other users

Only foods you explicitly marked Share with Community. Other users see:

They do not see your email address, your daily log, the names of other foods in your list, or any individual you've configured.

What never leaves your device

Email and analytics

AccuGo sends transactional emails through Mailgun: the welcome email at signup and the one-time password reset link when you request one. No marketing emails are sent. The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs — no events are sent to advertising networks or analytics providers from within AccuGo.

Deletion

More → Delete Account permanently removes your server-side records and signs you out of the app. To also remove the local cache on this device, delete the app from iOS after confirming deletion. See Account & backup for caveats about deletion when you have multiple devices.

Children's data

Many AccuGo users track children's diets. The account holder is the parent or guardian; the child's name appears only in Configure Individuals on the account holder's devices and is included on emailed food records to their dietitian. Individual names are visible only on your account and aren't shared with other users in any view.
